According to the World Health Organization, 1 in 6 globally will be aged 60+ by 2030, making up 1.4B people

Elderly populations around the world face increased risk of poor cognitive health and social isolation

US National Institute of Aging identifies elder loneliness as a negative issue for brain health.

Risks associated with loneliness include poor cognitive function, dementia, and Alzheimer’s.
