Formerly he led global strategy at Accenture's Microsoft Cloud First division, built innovation teams, and developed AI gamification tools and UN tech frameworks. In 2024, driven by the late discovery of his grandfather's life story, Matthew founded Cogensus to capture personal narratives and enable early detection of cognitive decline. His work blends cutting-edge technology with deeply human needs.

Raju Joshi, MS is the Chief Clinical Officer of Cogensus and brings over 30 years of direct and management experience in various healthcare subsectors including academic research, biotechnology, medical devices, digital health, payor, consulting, and startup environments. She has worked in clinical development, regulatory affairs, and clinical informatics within companies such as Amgen, Anthem Blue Cross, Deloitte, Medtronic, and SetPoint Medical, and has published her research in several scientific journals. In 2024, she lost both her Mother-in-law and Father and joined Cogensus to find a bridge between social determinants of health and cognitive health.
